Izabella started acting professionally when she was six years old. A national spot for Walmart was her first commercial. In fact, she booked this commercial with her entire family which was fun to shoot. Izabella enjoyed filming with her brother, Nick Alvarez, who is also an actor, and her mom and dad. This was Izabella's first commercial, but not her last. After that, she shot over half a dozen national commercials for Honda, McDonald's, Hidden Valley Ranch, Kid Cuisine, Ashford University just to name a few. Izabella has appeared in several television shows, "Westworld", "Shameless", "Teachers" and "Anger Management". She was a recurring character on Showtimes hit show, "Shameless" in Season 4. She said, "It was an honor and so much fun working with Joan Cusack and William H. Macy. I learned so much from them, and they were both very kind to me on and off the camera". She also worked with the very funny and talented Actresses/Executive Producers' Alison Brie, Katy Colloton, Caitlin Barlow, Cate Freedman, Kate Lambert and Katie O'Brien. Her first film "Little Dead Rotting Hood", distributed and produced by The Asylum was shot this year, and will be released on January 5, 2016. On the first day of filming Izabella had to pretend to be attacked by a wolf. Izabella said she was happy they used real wolves and not CGI, which helped her create the fear. Izabella says, "They're beautiful wild animals with scary red eyes. My on screen dad, Eric Balfour is a fantastic actor and truly a nice guy, same with the amazing Patrick Muldoon and Romeo Miller. I'm the luckiest girl to be working with such wonderful and talented people." In her short years, Izabella has worked with some very prestigious actors; Ed Harris on "Westworld" whom Izabella describes as "super focused in every moment and intense, but a teddy bear in between takes". Izabella was honored to play Clifton Collins Jr.'s daughter in "Westworld". Izabella says, "Clifton is so real and it made my job easier, a super nice guy, very funny and talented, we laughed a lot on set".
